What’s the difference between SAT & TOEFL, which is better?

    SAT is a college admissions test used widely for students in the United States when English is their first language, while TOEFL is the Test of English as a Foreign Language, so I believe it is only used when someone is applying from another country to a school in the United States. (It’s American English…)
