TOEFL ibt Test

As you know, TOEFL for some students not native English speakers. I wanna know, if a foreign young man could pass it, and this guy’s English grade equals how old man of American or Britisher?

Can I say: If I passed it, what my language status is like? American young people? How old that it is? Junior middle school students, or high school students, or a pupil:(

If I got about a 600 on the SAT reading and the SAT writing what would I get on the TOEFL?

I recently got a score of 111 on the TOEFL iBT.
